Theatre on the Road offers entertaining and educational programs at your school, library, historic site or community center. Original works are produced and performed for the purpose of enriching and inspiring both students and the general public.

Benefits that endure!

Our audiences include middle and high school students and the general public. By bringing theatre directly to them we offer an experience that requires less effort than traveling to a “brick and mortar” theatre. Since our productions have interactive elements our audiences have the benefit of speaking to, and learning from, our characters. In addition to being entertaining, our programs have historic significance and educational value designed to intrigue and enrich the participants. In this digital age our aim is give students and the general public a “live” experience that elevates their understanding of literature, American entertainment history and local legends and lore.

Where do the funds go?

Your membership contribution, regardless of size, is tax-deductible and will help pay for: actors and musicians, travel to schools, libraries, museums and historic sties, rehearsal and storage space, administrative costs, marketing and public relations, equipment and the services of an administrative assistant.
